Christine Monroe joined Greben & Associates in 2007 and has developed a unique expertise in the environmental field.  Christine’s experience includes legal research and motion practice with a specific focus on environmental laws such as the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substance Account Act (HSAA), and related cost recovery claims.

Christine is a recent graduate of the Santa Barbara College of Law, completing her studies with high honors, while maintaining her position as a paralegal with Greben & Associates.  While in law school, Christine was recognized for her community service three consecutive years by the Santa Barbara Women Lawyers Foundation and has received the McLafferty Memorial Law School Award.
