Christine Monroe focuses her practice on environmental law, complex litigation and insurance matters.  Christine’s experience includes both litigation and regulatory matters, with a specific focus on environmental laws such as the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substance Account Act (HSAA), and related cost recovery claims.  In addition to environmental law, Christine also has experience defending product liability claims.
